This Buyer&Seller Protection is a financial arrangement where a third party company holds and regulates deposit of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction. 1. Seller and Buyer agree on the transaction terms of the transaction and a selling price
The seller will contact us with the details of the transaction; Our team inspect the vehicle and the ownership documents before accepts the transaction and we will offer protection to the buyer.
2. Buyer must complete a deposit to our Buyer&Seller Protection Deposit Agent Bank Account
The deposit is reassurance that Buyer acting in good faith and have the necessary funds to complete the purchase. When deposit is received, it will be verified and secured into a non-interest bearing trust account until the transaction is completed. The Seller is notified that funds have been secured, and the transaction has been started. International Logistics Group will hold the funds in our trust Buyer&Seller Protection Deposit Bank Account where they will be held until the transaction is successfully completed. This ensures that the Sellers and Buyers Transactions are protected.
3. The shipping process is started
The shipping will begin to the Buyer address after the deposit is secured. International Logistics Group offers full insurance (all-risk coverage) during the shipping proces.
4. Buyer receives the vehicle and has five days to inspect it
The vehicle will be delivered to buyer address. The buyer receives and inspect the vehicle - making sure the vehicle match seller description. The buyer's inspection period is 3 days.
5. Buyer accept or refuse the vehicle
Buyer Acceptance or Refusal of the Vehicle During the inspection period, the Buyer must take one of the following actions: Acceptance: If the vehicle is complete and matches the description provided, the Buyer shall accept the vehicle. Upon acceptance, ownership will be transferred to the Buyer, and the transaction will be considered successfully completed. Refusal: If the Buyer chooses not to accept the vehicle, a full refund will be issued, and the vehicle will be returned to the Seller at the Seller’s expense. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request. Please note that all refunds are subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Guaranteed delivery time
The Buyer is entitled to a full refund if the vehicle does not arrive within the delivery timeframe agreed upon with the Seller.
Full Refund
The Buyer is entitled to a full refund if the vehicle does not meet the agreed specifications or fails to conform to the condition described by the Seller. All refunds are subject to the applicable terms and conditions governing the transaction.
Guaranteed Condition
If the purchased vehicle is found to contain hidden defects, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are subject to the applicable terms and conditions outlined in the purchase agreement
